    A memory you can talk to. Made for people who don't code.

    A free starter kit for Claude that turns a folder on your computer into an AI memory you can talk to. Give it a document, like an offer you are working on. It asks what it needs to know, then writes linked pages. A week later, ask what you agreed with a client, and it answers from your own files. It marks what is a guess and what is checked. It is called Second Brain Starter, and the idea comes from Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki.

    One Slack bot for every agent. No AI decides who answers.

    Every new AI agent on a company's Slack could have become one more bot to remember. I built one bot to sit in front of all of them, with four plain rules that decide which agent gets each message. The AI works inside the agents, where people write in their own words. The part that picks who answers has none.

    An AI chat that collects ideas. The old form stayed as backup.

    A software company collected ideas for using AI from its employees, through a long form. I built an AI assistant that asks the same questions in a chat, one or two at a time, and suggests an answer when someone is stuck. The form stayed as the backup: if the chat failed, the assistant sent the person the form. Every idea got the same scoring and a written report, whichever way it came in.

    200 tax emails a month, and nobody retypes a number

    Every month an accountant read social security and income tax amounts for about 200 clients out of accounting software and retyped them into 200 emails. Now the amounts travel on their own and arrive as drafts. A person still reads each one before it goes.

    Selecting artwork for one schedule entry dropped from about ten minutes of manual search to under a minute. One automation covers 100+ channels and fills in up to ten images per title on its own.

    I described this app out loud. Claude Code wrote it.

    A shared seasonal rental ran on a spreadsheet that only worked while somebody operated it. I never typed the replacement: I described what it should do and Claude Code built it, working in three days. Guests get their own panel, and the season is run by talking to an agent.
